Order Cancellations

Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled.

Returns

All sales are final as they are comprised of services delivered on a continuous basis, rather than individual products.
Our return policy does not apply to the following: All services (non-tangible goods) rendered by Birch Pointe Condominium Association. These services are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

Refunds and Exchanges

All services provided by Birch Pointe are final and are therefore neither eligible for return nor exchange.

General

If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
